The high school at Trinity Oaks Christian Academy is a vibrant community of learners who strive to honor God through their academics, relationships, and creative pursuits. While the program is focused on college preparation, students are offered a variety of opportunities to enrich their high school experience. With small class sizes, each student has the individualized support from highly qualified instructors that he or she needs to be successful.

Academics

TOCA’s high school program is a college preparation program, which means that every class is focused on meeting the requirements and expectations that culminate in admission to a college or university. From humanities to chemistry, calculus to British Literature, and American Government to personal finance, high school students at TOCA have rich opportunities to learn and grow academically. In addition to the college prep program, students also have a unique chance to focus on one subject, in depth, for one week in the January Winterim. This “Winterim” is an exciting and enriching week of exploration on a single subject. Winterims in the past have included Mural Painting, The Art of Rhetoric, and Applied Science.

College and Career Readiness

We are dedicated to preparing high school students at TOCA for the world of college and careers. From the very beginning of freshman year to receiving the first college acceptance letters, students are coached in preparing resumes, choosing schools to apply to, succeeding at college entrance exams, and interviewing with college representatives. Students receive individualized support and one-on-one attention as they take steps to begin a new, fulfilling season of life. Career days, where experts in specialized and diverse fields come speak to high school students, also serve to spark students’ interests in possible careers and give students an opportunity to expand their horizons.
